Virginia Beach pizza runs along three corridors: Atlantic Avenue at the Oceanfront, Virginia Beach Boulevard from the resort area to Pembroke, and Shore Drive on the bay. Town Center has three places within a few blocks, and the local chains Chanello’s and Chicho’s have stores across the city.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Virginia Beach’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 19, 2026. We added Benny’s on the Ocean, the extra Chanello’s, Chicho’s and CalZ stores, and the chain store counts from each company’s own location pages. We left out California Pizza Kitchen at Town Center and Little Caesars, whose location pages would not load for us, and Pizza Chapel and Bella Pizza & Pasta, whose sites did not give an address or would not load. Benny Cavalloni’s is the Town Center shop of the Benny’s slice chain, across from Keagan’s. Its site describes oversized slices and 28-inch family pies. Benny’s on the Ocean is the chain’s shop on Atlantic Avenue, with the same hours.

Brooklyn NY Pizza on Lynnhaven Parkway sells pizza, subs and gyros, with lunch specials from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and online ordering.

CalZ Pizza has two Virginia Beach stores, on Holland Road at Green Run and on Independence Boulevard near Town Center, each with online ordering.

Chanello’s Pizza is a Hampton Roads delivery and carryout chain with eight Virginia Beach stores, each listed with its own phone on the company’s locations page.

Chicho’s Pizza has three Virginia Beach locations: Shore Drive, Strawbridge and Town Center. Each takes online orders, and its site offers space for private events.

Domino’s, Papa Johns and Pizza Hut are the national delivery chains. Their own store finders list 12, five and nine Virginia Beach stores, each with its own hours.

Planet Pizza is on Atlantic Avenue at the south end of the Oceanfront. It opens daily at 11:30 a.m. and says hours may vary.

Sal’s Famous New York Pizza on South Plaza Trail and Sal’s NY Slice Pizzeria on Pleasant Valley Road are separate shops with their own ordering sites and daily specials.

Shorebreak Pizza & Taphouse has a restaurant on Shore Drive and one in Pungo. Its site posts one set of dining hours, notes that closing can vary on game nights, and offers delivery, curbside pickup and takeout.

Sunrise Pizzeria on Virginia Beach Boulevard calls itself a family restaurant serving New York-style pizza.

The Pizza Box on Virginia Beach Boulevard sells pizza, subs and salads.

Town Center Pizzeria at Thalia Village Shoppes describes itself as a family restaurant with pizza, pasta and other Italian dishes.
